CHVRCHES' "The Mother We Share" is a 2013 synth wonder!
The Glasgow band "CHVRCHES" (chuches, in english) came from the scottish lands to the world with this fantastic tune in 2013, which is part of their first studio album "The Bones of What You Believe". This song helped them reach one of their biggest achievements, as musicians, so far: World Music Award: Worlds Best Entertainer of the Year. "The Mother We Share" is one of their biggest (and probably the biggest) hits so far. They became so famous that they have already given gigs in some of the biggest concert venues in the world, such as Coachella, T in the Park, Lowlands, Lollapalooza, and other big festivals in the different corners of this planet. This new wave/synthpop band are one of the best acts in the synthpop world, at the moment. They have done a few gigs in Portugal, like at Vodafone Paredes de Coura, two times (in 2014 and 2016) and are coming to Nos Alive for a gig, two years after their latest gig in this sunny country. They use synths and Lauren Mayberry's voice to create this spectacular tunes.
