Fleet Foxes make a come back with new album Shore

It's not everyday that we find music like Fleet Foxes'. The Seattle-based band began making folk music in 2006, but it was in 2008 that their debut album was released. Fleet Foxes saw the band gaining fans all over the world, with hits such as White Winter Hymnal and Blue Ridge Mountains

The band has turned quite "mysterious" after ending their Crack-Up album tour, in 2018. But 2019 was the year when Robin Pecknold and the band started teasing the fans with little videos with pieces of sound. And the theory that Fleet Foxes were making a new album was proven when the band updated their Instagram bio, mentioning the 4th album was in the making. Today, during Covid-19, the American folk band presents us with their newest musical beauty.

Shore was released in a kind of surprising way. The album features the classic Fleet Foxes sound. There's not much that has changed, besides some new sound techniques. But the album is a true piece of music.

"Wading In Waist-High Water"

This track features a nice, charming sound, a beautiful beginning and female vocals.

This one has happy, well crafted instrumentals, beautifully strummed guitar and piano chords and showcases very interesting lyrics.

"Young Man's Game"

This track is an upbeat, faster track, with a beautiful vocal pitch dance (high point of the song).

"I'm Not My Season"

This one is another beauty, with a huge spacial feeling in the vocals, lyrically romantic, feels like a solo journey through a road with something amazing at the end.
