Acres Wild, the yet unknown masters of Indie

 There's nothing better than sitting outside, on a hot summer day, enjoying a fresh glass of tea and listening to amazing music. This time the highlight goes to Acres Wild, an indie Norwegian band, which has become one of the best underrated musical acts I've listened to until today. The band has a different and beautiful sound, that I can't find in other musical acts. Their videos are of so much fun that the whole listening experience just goes to an upper level. The simplicity, in a positive way, that we can associate with the Scandinavian minimalism makes the listener get closer to the band, as opposed to nowaday's pop. Despite having very few listeners (if we want to go that way) doesn't stop Acres Wild from creating such stunning musical art.

If we want a tune for the hot July days the best pick is "Pastel Waves", which is by far a favorite, both for the music and the video, which is loaded with fun, nature, friendship. It makes any listener want to form a band. But don't get me wrong, neither me nor you will be able to do as awesome as this bunch of fun musicians.

The most recent track is "The Sun Is Shining" and can also be a good choice for the best season of the year. It features Haley Shea, who has an astonishing voice and accompains Magnus Askjer Lefsaker very well. The drums, the synthesizer, the guitars, ... everything fits so well and gives an instant click in the brain (it will raise your level of happiness, IQ, really). And this song will, of course, make one's life and morning so much better.
