Holy Ghost! share "Escape From Los Angeles" and new album!
Formed in 2007, in Brooklyn, New York, Nick Millhiser and Alex Frankel's Holy Ghost! share new song "Escape From Los Angeles" and details about the new album, Work, whose release is scheduled for the 21st June, this year, under West End Records, the NYC record label from the 70s, 80s, which is being "ressurrected" by the band. The band is known for their massive synthesizer sounds and 80s vibe.
The new song, "Escape From Los Angeles", starts with an arpeggio and a marvelous kind of brassy sound with some tremolo on it. Very 80s kind of sound. Then the bass rises and the song evolves with the voice of Alex Frankel. The guitar is a good point to talk about. It's clear to see Michael Jackson on the guitar riffs, whose guitar sounds are instantly recognisable. Then, the brassy sound ends the song.
